 || Sunday, May 28, 2006 || I'm i reali bad tat controlling my temper or its my tone of voice that is high or im i really bad with work. I'm really dissapointed with the results of my apprisal. 2.5yrs & tis is wat i've achieve. Im totally lost of words, I carry the customers balls & use nice words to "angkat"them & tried my very best to give them wat they want & in end the the results are so embarassing & dissapointing. Sometimes its not that i cant help but my hands r just tied & i need to compile to T&C. I not those who say yes & yes to customers when i noe that it cannt happen. I know there are a lot of ppl in the call centre who overpromise & under deliver. Jus dont want to name them. Wat for?? There are even some who please the Tms & Managers & try to please all the staff to get a "NAME" these are hypocrites but maybe like most ppl do there are blinded with kindness & think that "these" are the good hats around. Well I not saying tthat im good or better then them, but i jus doing my duty as I shd stated in my job desvription. Cos It do not include "carry balls". Pretending it not me & will never be me. Wat else can i do?? i think its just not fair, Maybe there is something else that made them give me this results. God knows. Whatever it is i tried my best for the last 6 mths & I will still try..WTF !!! Life sometimes suck big time !!!! |
