 || Friday, November 10, 2006 || Appraisal this year, sucks BIG TIME !!!!!Am i really that lousy?? OR even hopeless??? Yes i admit that my quality of work may be be as good as before but still i managed to HIT te min KPI. Well I dont expect to get 65% & above but at least a 60%. Results were dissapointing & very discouraging. There are people who bearly hit 6 mths of KPI & yet scored better then me. When i mentioned abt favouritism wif them, she kind off, surprised; innocent & claim dont know what is happening. PLEASE ! ITS JUS OFFICE POLITICS. Acting is a major part of our daily lives, this is how to get promoted or "LIKED" in an organisation. Whatever it is, life is a journey that is full of misery, laughter, action .......
